1. The Junior Labor Day Tournament is open to all rep and Domestic clubs.
2. All games will be played under FIBA Rules, excepting for the specific tournament rules as listed.
3. Tournament officials will supply game balls.
4. Teams cannot commence a game with less than FOUR (4) players and no more than. A maximum of 10 players can take the court, per game.
5. Players foul out at (5) fouls
6. 2x20min Halves. Running clock till last minute of the first half and last two minutes of the second half. 2min halftime break.
7. 2x Timeouts per half.
8. All teams must supply a timekeeper/Scorer and scorer(sheet).
9. All players must wear team uniforms. Each team must have alternate colours to avoid a colour clash.
10. Teams must not add new players in finals.
11. All teams are guaranteed no less than 3 games and finals if qualified.
